hi this is h1m..i am following your machine learning tutorials but have a prob regarding installing scipy..error shown is failed building wheel for scipy...all modules are installed correctly help me with this..

Have you attempted to install the whl files from here: http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#scipy
If not, what is your OS? What methods have you tried? What's your Python version? Python bit version? (NOT necessarily same as your OS bit version.)
